THrough the use of psychological methods and regular interaction between the therapist and the client, psychotherapy is a way to help people with expressing and resolving issues as well as changing behaviors to better the quality of their lives.

The first session is seventy minutes, as it is an intake session, where a history and assessment of the presenting problem is conducted, followed by developing a treatment plan. Subsequent regular sessions are fifty minutes for individuals and sixty minutes for couples and families.

You may be able to obtain reimbursement from your insurance by submitting a claim form or bill. Our office would be happy to create a bill/claim form for you to directly submit to your insurance provider.
